I think you mean to put the watch in “service mode.” If so, someone else posted here in the comments these steps, which I haven’t tried yet:

Press the crown for four times quickly, pause for 2 sec.
Then press the crown for three times and pause for 2 sec.
Finally press the crown for two times.
The hands will begin to rotate a lot. wait until they stop. The VHP is in service mode now for three minutes. If no action follows, after three minutes the VHP will return to Time mode.

Yes, thank you for your answer joe :)

2027 = 2:35
2028 = 2:40
2029 = 2:45
2030 = 3:00
2031 = 3:05
2032 = 3:10

I understood, but I think it'll be okay if I just memorize it like this. Oh, this is the last question. Is there a way to reset the battery without attaching and detaching it?

If I understand what you are asking, yes.

Thinking of it as “jumping five minutes” might be confusing. All you’re doing is pointing the second hand at the ones digit of the year, and pointing the hour at the tens digit of the year.

Saying what you just said in another way—I don’t think it’s possible to orient the minute hand at :50 (10) or :55 (11) while setting because those years would be impossible.

So, is it right to jump for five minutes? Exceptionally, the 15-minute jump from 2029 to 2030 is only possible at the last point of the round! Is this right?

Good catch! That was a type-o in the table.

It should be:

2027 = 2:35
2028 = 2:40
2029 = 2:45
2030 = 3:00
2031 = 3:05

I'm curious. Isn't it right to jump for 10 minutes at 2:40 in 2027 and jump for an exceptional 10 minutes in 2030 and then jump for the remaining 5 minutes in the table?
The example below says 2028 is 2:40, which one is correct? I'm curious.
